Patrol Picnic

The Wintergreen Ski Patrol summer picnic and annual meeting will be held on June 14th, 2025 at Lake Monocan. This is a family friendly event and the lake should be open for swimming for anyone who wishes to partake!

So we can get an accurate amount of food, please RSVP here. Even if you are unsure if you can make it, indicate you are a maybe so I can get food for you in case!

As always, this is a family friendly event! Lake Monocan will be open for swimming at 11 am. If you are planning on attending and able, please bring a side dish or dessert for 6-8 people. Wintergreen will be providing meat (TBD), sodas/water, and condiments. Food is normally ready around 1200-1230, depending on the cook(s). This is a rain or shine event! We do have the Monocan building in the event of rain. Let myself or Scott know if you have any questions!

DIRECTIONS: Lake Monocan is in the valley off of Rt 151. If you are driving south on 151, turn right into Stoney Creek golf course just before Nellysford. Follow that road a couple of miles and take a right on Camping Ridge Rd. There should be a sign for the lake there.

BOD ELECTION

This year we have 3 Board of Director positions up for election. The Nominations Committee has has vetted and confirmed that the following BOD candidates meet the requirements laid out by our bylaws to run for and serve on our board:

Logan Henyon

As in past years, voting will be done via a Google form that will be sent to patrol members in good standing at the email address you have listed with our patrol. The Google form will be sent to you no later than May 30, 2025 and voting will conclude on June 14, 2025.
